FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power engineering, namely to having cellular metal structures the gas turbine abradable seals, used to seal the gaps between the turbomachines rotating wheel blades and the stator. Abradable seal (3) contains the seal base (4) and the honeycomb structure with the filler. Honeycomb structure and the base (4) are one piece made using the additive technologies. By means of the opening (6) each cell (5) is connected to at least one adjacent cell. In the honeycomb structure wall a hole (6) is made. Cells and each connecting the neighboring cells hole (6) are filled with the filler, as which the heat insulating material is used. Also disclosed is the abradable seal manufacturing method.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the cellular seal service life, due to reduction in the abradable seal cellular structure chipping and destruction likelihood.
