FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas turbine machine flow part clearances, which are operated in conditions of high temperatures and high-frequency vibrations for a long period of time. Abradable insert of the turbine seal is made of powdered filler particles and powder additives adhesively interconnected by sintering. Insert is made in the form of a shaped bar with scallops of sizes and shape providing formation of complete end seal of the turbine at the ring connection. Shaped bar has a rectangular cross-section at the base, on which isosceles trapezium is located. Rectangle lateral sides pass into lateral sides of isosceles trapezoid, and latter pass to lateral sides of scallops located perpendicular to trapezoid top base. Crests have height from 40 to 60 % of total height of profiled bar, thickness from 6 to 14 % of overall width of shaped bar and form a working abradable zone in the space between combs.
EFFECT: higher reliability of seal and its functional properties with high abradability, mechanical strength and wear resistance.
