FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a catalyst mixture for one-stage catalytic fast pyrolysis of a feedstock. Catalyst mixture containing (a) at least one cracking catalyst; (b) a heterogeneous transition metal water-gas shift catalyst; and optionally (c) at least one hydrogenation catalyst; where said cracking catalyst is a zeolite cracking catalyst selected from a group consisting of framework types FAU, CHA, MOR; framework types ACO, AEI, AEN, AFN, AFT, AFX, ANA, APC, APD, ATT, CDO, DDR, DFT, EAB, EDI, EPI, ERI, GIS, GOO, IHW, ITE, ITW, LEV, KFI, MER, MON, NSI, OWE, PAU, PHI, RHO, TH, SAT, SAV, SIV, THO, TSC, UEI, UFI, VNI, YUG, ZON, MFI, LTA, BEA, ZSM-5, ferrierite, zeolite Y, beta zeolite, mordenite, MCM-22, ZSM-23, ZSM-57, SUZ-4, EU-1, ZSM-11, (S)AIPO-31, SSZ-23, SAPO, ALPA and MeALPO; said water-gas shift catalyst contains platinum oxide (Pt) and rhenium oxide (Re) on Mo-promoted substrate Al2O3.
