Method comprises the steps in which analyze a video bit stream to identify a first layer header associated with a first image part in the video bit stream and a second layer header associated with a second image part, carry out entropy decoding of the video bit stream, first layer header and second layer header to generate first decoded data associated with the first image part and second decoded data associated with the second image part; reconstruct a first area associated with the image in the video by using the first decoded data and reconstruct the second area associated with the image in the video, by using the second decoded data and the reconstructed first area based on the second layer header flag analysis.
