FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to reproduction, and can be used to predict the onset of clinical pregnancy in IVF cycles in patients with predicted suboptimal response to controlled ovarian stimulation (COS). The concentration of granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) in the follicular fluid and the morphological characteristics of the embryos are determined. If the level of G-CSF in the follicular fluid is ≥410 pg/ml and the presence of embryos of morphologically good quality, the onset of clinical pregnancy in IVF cycles in patients with a predicted suboptimal response to COS is predicted.
EFFECT: method is simple and easy to perform, easy to interpret the results, has high sensitivity and specificity, helps to avoid unsuccessful embryo transfer, improves the efficiency of IVF in patients with a predicted suboptimal response to COS.
