FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used to predict the outcomes of ancillary reproductive technologies in tubal infertility in the prehospital stage. Method comprises determining the concentrations of follicle-stimulating and anti-Muller hormones and the subsequent calculation of prognostic indicators using a mathematical model, moreover, the age, duration of infertility, body mass index, and the volume of the ovaries are determined. Then, a d1 prognostic index of pregnancy is calculated using the logistic regression equation and for d1 < -1.397 the pregnancy is prognosed, and for d1 > 1.151 the absence of pregnancy is prognosed. Further, the prognostic index of the live birth probability d2 is calculated and for d2 < -1.525 positive result is prognosed, for d2 > 1.102 negative result is prognosed.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to determine the likelihood of pregnancy and live birth in the prehospital stage with the 100 % specificity, 94 % sensitivity, 91 % efficiency of the proposed method.
