FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used in transport, chemical engineering and other industries. On heat exchange surface there are recesses of oval-arc shape, consisting of two halves of spherical recess with diameter b, connected by cylindrical toroidal segment with length l, wherein tangent to said curve of said segment makes angle ϕ=45° with respect to flow direction at beginning of recess and angle ϕ=0° at recess end.
EFFECT: higher heat-hydraulic efficiency of heat exchange surface.
