SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Invention is a culture medium for growing substrate dependent cells, containing amino acids: L-arginine; L-cystine; L-cysteine; L-glutamine; glycine; L-histidine; L-isoleucine; L-leucine; L-lysine; L-methionine; L-phenylalanine; L-serine; L-threonine; L-tryptophan; L-tyrosine; L-valine; L-alanine; L-asparagine, L-aspartic acid; L-glutamic acid; L-proline and L-taurine; vitamins: D-calcium pantothenate; choline chloride; folic acid; I-inositol; niacinamide; pyridoxal; riboflavin; thiamine; d-biotin; pyridoxine and vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin); salts: calcium chloride; potassium chloride; magnesia sulphate; sodium chloride and one or more salts of sodium phosphate; one or more trace elements, copper sulfate and zinc sulfate, putrescine, a stabilizer and/or antifoaming agent, glucose or sodium pyruvate.
EFFECT: in the reported culture medium, the growth of human substrate cells is carried out.
