FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to equipment for impregnating wood. Device contains frame (14), pipelines (2), compressor (17), high-pressure fuel pump (1), vacuum pump (10), tank (4) with impregnating solution, hydraulic cylinder (5), 16-cavity mold (3) for sealing wood bars, vacuum receiver (11) for maintaining a constant pressure of 80 kPa for the entire impregnation cycle. Compressor is designed with the possibility of creating a constant pressure through an overpressure receiver through pneumatic valves. Tank with the impregnating solution is connected through filter (15) to the high-pressure fuel pump. Each mold cell is connected to overpressure receiver (16) through sixteen pneumatic valves (18). High-pressure fuel pump and the overpressure receiver, which is pumped by the compressor, are connected to the upper cells of mold through nozzles (9). Lower cells of the mold are connected to a vacuum receiver, in which vacuum is created by a vacuum pump.
EFFECT: increased performance of the device for wood impregnation.
