FIELD: wood-working industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises two chambers connected with the receiver through main pipelines provided with quick-operating valves, vacuum pump, and vessels for impregnating liquid connected with the drying-impregnating chambers through pipes. The chambers receive sprayers and heat exchangers. Each of the drying-impregnating chambers is in communication with the atmosphere through main pipelines provided with quick-operating valves and through additional pipeline connecting the drying-impregnating chamber with the receiver. The diameter of the additional pipeline is smaller than that of the main pipeline at least by a factor of three. The axial fans of the drying-impregnating chamber are provided with electric motors arranged outside the space of the chamber. The axes of the electric motors are perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the drying-impregnating chamber and the plane of the heat exchanger.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of drying.
