FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention is referred to wood-working industry, particularly to different wood drying and impregnation technologies and may be used for production of wood with different properties, impregnation with wood preservatives, antipyrines and colouring agents and etc. Method provides for operations associated with removal of free or bound moisture and includes alternation of wood purging cycles with coolant, wood heating to medium-volume temperature 80-100°C, vacuum treatment and impregnation. Besides during free moisture removal from wood during vacuum treatment and after each combination of receiver volume with drying and impregnation chamber volume by means of loaded wood, receiver and drying and impregnation chamber are pressurized and kept under and/or equal to wood liquid vapours pressure at the given temperature of wood. At least once impregnating liquid in vapour-drip state is sprayed after free moisture removal and achievement of transient moisture from free to bound moisture during drying process at the generated finite parameters of vacuum and wood temperature in drying chamber. Impregnating liquid is sprayed at temperature being under wood temperature. Wood is then cured in drying and impregnation chamber at the achieved pressure during the period needed for wood heating to preset drying temperature.

EFFECT: widening of wood drying process capabilities.
