FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pediatric surgery and urology. Carry out the calibration of the urethra, degloving of the penis, excision of the strands of the penis when it is curved. Separate urethra and advance it to the physiological position. Fringing incision around the meatus is performed with a seizure of the skin of the penis 1–2 mm. Urethra with the spongy body is separated from the trunk of the penis depending on the diastasis of the dystopic meatus of the urethra and its physiological position for 20–50 mm without cutting off the split distal spongy body from the capitate, namely, for every 2 mm of diastasis, separation of the distal part of the urethra is carried out by 1 cm. Next, the separated urethra is advanced and a meatus is formed in a physiological place on the head of the penis, and the split distal part of the spongy body is reduced above the corresponding part of the urethra, restoring its anatomy using interrupted sutures with absorbable suture material. Then the advanced part of the spongy body with the urethra is fixed to the cavernous bodies on both sides with interrupted sutures with a step of 1 cm. Plastic surgery is performed on the head of the penis and the postoperative wound is sutured with the formation of nodular atraumatic sutures. Nelaton catheter is inserted into the bladder, the postoperative wound is closed with an aseptic bandage with fixation with an elastic bandage.
EFFECT: method allows to form a meatus in a physiological position without a urethral suture, with maximum preservation of the blood supply to the spongy body of the urethra.
