FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out bordering incision around balanus with transition to longitudinal skin incision on ventral penis surface to hypospadic meatus. Penis stem skin is mobilized to the base. Fibrous chord is excised. Rectangular flat on vascular pedicle is cut out on dorsal side of the mobilized skin. The produced flap is sutured as tube on urethral catheter. Holes are made in rectangular skin wound equal to penis stem diameter. The penis is moved through the hole to dorsal side. The proximal end of artificial urethra is sutured together with the hypospadic meatus, the distal end with balanus top. Wound mouth edges around the balanus are suture together with the wound mouth edges on dorsal surface. The ventral surface defect is sutured. A portion of the ventral skin surface adjacent to the artificial urethra is deprived of epidermis at glans penis height with underlying tissues being retained. Erectile tissue margins of the balanus are mobilized and sutured to each other and to the surface deprived of epidermis.
EFFECT: improved cosmetic result.
