METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CHEMORESISTOR BASED ON NANOSTRUCTURES OF ZINC OXIDE BY ELECTROCHEMICAL METHOD Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01N27/12 B82B3/00 B82Y30/00

Abstract RU 2684423 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment; gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the development of chemoresistive-type gas sensors used for the detection of gases. Method of manufacturing a chemoresistor based on zinc oxide nanostructures by an electrochemical method is characterized by the fact that in a vessel equipped with a reference electrode and an auxiliary electrode, filled with an electrolyte containing nitrate anions and zinc cations precipitate nanostructures of zinc oxide on a dielectric substrate, equipped with strip electrodes acting as a working electrode by applying a constant electric potential to the working electrode from -0.5 V to -1.1 V relative to the reference electrode for 100–200 seconds and at an electrolyte temperature in the range of 60–80 °C, then the substrate with the precipitated nanolayer of zinc oxide is washed with distilled water and dried at room temperature.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of creating a chemoresistor with nanostructures based on a zinc oxide layer using an electrochemical method with a low cost in a one-step process directly on the measuring electrodes.
