SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of physical chemistry, in particular to a method for the simultaneous quantitative determination of the main components of introductory solutions containing potassium acetate and glycerin. Method of simultaneous quantitative determination of glycerol and potassium acetate in aqueous solution using dynamic thermogravimetry involves the preliminary determination of the individual evaporation temperature ranges for each component of the solution, then with continuous weighing of substances in the process of linear temperature rise at a given speed of 10 °C per minute in the temperature range from 25 to 500 °C a sample of an aqueous solution is analyzed, the masses of glycerol and potassium acetate are determined on the obtained thermogram by measuring the distance between two points, namely the temperature of the beginning of the process of evaporation of the reagent and the temperature where the process of evaporation of the analyzed reagent is completed on the curve in the direction from the axis of the mass.
EFFECT: ability to work with microgram samples, reducing the time for analysis, reducing the complexity, reducing the number of samples analyzed.
