FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the sinking of shafts through watered fractured rocks, and is intended to protect mine workings from groundwater inflows using cement pads. Method of grouting rocks during the construction of vertical shafts includes the development of rock walls and the core of the shaft foot, injection of cement slurry into the rock and construction of a grouting pad. In this case, injection of cement slurry into the rock is carried out after lowering the elements of the cement pad in the barrel, made in the form of hollow metal ball sectors mounted between each other, followed by a detachable connection of the sectors to each other, forming a ball segment. In this case, injection of cement slurry is carried out from a mounted cement pad.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the labour intensity, reducing the duration of the work, improving the manufacturability of the assembly and the quality of grouting.
