FIELD: meat processing industry.

SUBSTANCE: meat and bone separator comprises a frame, a drive mechanism, a transmission shaft, a spiral shaft, a loading bin, a pressure part and a part for meat and bone separation. Separation part of spiral shaft represents conical spiral shaft. Part for meat and bone separation is a conical component coaxially enclosing periphery of separation part of spiral shaft, and the inner wall of the meat and bone separation part is fitted with a gap with the spiral shaft separation portion outer wall. On the side wall of one end of meat and bones separation section near the injector part there are cutouts for meat discharge. Control valve is provided inside meat and bones separation part and covers periphery of spiral shaft separation part front end, and a slot for discharge of residues is made between the control valve and the spiral shaft separation part front end. Scroll shaft is composed of hollow spiral shaft accommodating adjusting lever; on one end of spiral shaft connected to transmission shaft on inner side connector is attached; and one end of adjusting lever is in threaded connection with connector, while its other end passes from spiral shaft and then into part for separation of meat and bones.

EFFECT: due to that, the inner wall of the meat and bone separation part and the outer wall of the spiral shaft are always in a fit state with a gap, the service life of the meat separator and bones is improved.
