SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the data transfer between devices in the broadband wireless data networks. Device contains the memory controller; and connected to the memory controller a circuit in the main bandwidth, wherein the circuit in the main bandwidth is made with possibility of: subframes set identification from the device to a device (D2D) transmission, containing plurality of subframes; received over the wireless control channel control information processing; and based on the control identification information, among plurality of the D2D subframes set subframes, containing the D2D transmission resources subframes subset.

EFFECT: reduction of service signals transmission, associated with the allocation of resources for the D2D transmission.
