SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication. Equipment for the user terminal (UE) contains a processor circuit and a memory connected to the processor circuit, the processor circuit is configured for: decoding radio resource control (RRC) signaling from Enhanced Node B (eNB), the RRC signaling contains information for machine-to-machine (D2D) communications, which indicates an indicator bitmap corresponding to the time resource structure for transmissions (T-RPT) and a subset of the T-RPT structure available for D2D communication; generating a baseband signal for D2D transmission, for direct transmission to another UE, according to a subset of the T-RPT structure, with D2D transmission containing data for another UE, the memory is configured to store information.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the efficient operation of the user terminal (UE) due to the reservation of time and channel resources.
