SUBSTANCE: vehicle includes a receiver(s), a timer counting the time, memory and processor(s) made with the ability to receive a signal with a time stamp from the key fob; comparisons the timestamp with the time window; deviations of the timestamp if the timestamp is outside the time window; expansion of the time window in accordance with the counting time; calculations of the time window as a trigonometric function of the measured time and a predetermined angle, which represents the maximum angle of divergence between the timer and the key fob timer due to a non-permanent shift of the timer.
EFFECT: problem of the discrepancy between the vehicle timer and the key fob timer is solved, leading to a possible deviation of the time mark from the key fob.
