SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computer technology for data processing. Technical result is achieved by receiving data from one or more sensors of vehicle; identifying, at least partially, based on said incident data; sending a first instruction to a wearable portable device associated with a user requesting a first data set representative of movement of the portable device during a first predetermined time period; receiving a first data set; and associating a first set of movement data with a user.
EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of possibility to provide emergency services with user information in case of accident, such as vehicle collision.
