SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to encoding and can be used for encoding with a polar code. Method comprises mapping M of reserved broadcast signal bits to M information bits with low reliability in K information bits of polar code and display of remaining broadcast signal bits in remaining information bits from K information bits to obtain bits after display, where M < K, and M, and K are positive integers; and performing encoding with a polar code with respect to bits after displaying to obtain encoded bits after encoding.

EFFECT: technical result is improved reliability of broadcasting of signalling.
