FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices and methods of receiving and transmitting a physical broadcast channel (PBCH) in a wireless communication system. In method, information is displayed inside PBCH in bit positions of polar code with size N = 512, based on polar sequence; encoding information based on polar code and transmitting PBCH, including information, information includes information on the half-frame and information on the index of the synchronization signal unit and PBCH (SSB), wherein the information on half-frame is 1 bit and displayed in bit position 247 from the bit positions from 0 to 511 of the polar code and the information on the SSB index is 3 bits and is displayed in bit positions 253, 254 and 255 of the polar code.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of channel coding.
