SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to nuclear isotopes, particularly to detection and counting of nuclear isotopes. Elution system comprises 82Sr/82Rb generator configured to generate 82Rb by elution using an eluent; eluent line configured to feed eluent to 82Sr/82Rb generator; an eluate line configured to receive an eluate eluted from 82Sr/82Rb of generator, and transfer of eluate to at least one of following: patient line and drain line; gamma radiation detector located next to the eluate line; and a controller configured to receive data indicating gamma radiation emitted by the eluate, and determining activity 82Rb in the eluate based on the received data and determining activity 82Sr based on the received data.

EFFECT: technical result is high accurate and timely monitoring of different nuclear isotopes.
