FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical engineering, specifically to apparatus for conducting ion-exchange processes. Ion-exchange apparatus 10 comprises first pump 14.1, input of which is input of ion-exchange apparatus 10, ion-exchange column 1 with ion-exchange charge, device 2 for separation of solid phase of suspension obtained during ion exchange, intermediate tank 3, second pump 14.2 and switching means of inlet and outlet flows in form of first 15.1, second 15.2 and third 15.3 locking elements. At that, outputs of first pump 14.1 and second pump 14.2 are connected to each other, respectively, through first 15.1 and second 15.2 locking elements, having common connection with the lower branch pipe of ion-exchange column 1, output of second pump 15.2 is connected to the output of ion-exchange apparatus 1 through the third locking element 15.3. Both pumps feed and support ionite in a fluidisation state in an ion-exchange column while passing through it a solution of the initial substance and a suspension obtained in the process of ion exchange and treated in a device for separating the solid phase. In another version, ion-exchange apparatus comprises only one pump and differs by other use of shutoff elements.
EFFECT: invention ensures prevention of ingress of insoluble and slightly soluble impurities contained in the initial solution into the obtained product and contamination of ionite in the ion-exchange column.
