FIELD: heating, drying.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of hot gas generators, intended for equipment of the facilities used for drying bulk materials in a fluidized bed. The generator comprises a burner, a heat exchange circuit, means for providing the excess and removing the flow of moist hot gases, and means enabling to provide regulation of flow rate of hot gas (high-pressure fan), at that the heat exchange circuit is made in the form of a first and second hollow rhomboid hexagons, and inside the first hollow rhombic hexagon the flame divider is mounted and it has an input window for the gas burner and the output window for discharging the combustion products, having a hole for inflow of the heated gas, at that the pipe(s) of the heat exchange circuit covers the entire surface of the first hollow rhomboid hexagon, and the second hollow rhomboid hexagon closes the pipe(s) of the heat exchange circuit, at that it has an input window for the gas burner, the output window for discharging the combustion products and the windows for input and output of the heated gas, formed on opposite sides in the direction of movement of the gas along the entire length of the heat exchange circuit. The unit for drying bulk materials in the fluidized bed, in which this hot gas generator is used as a part, has a cabinet of rectangular cross-section containing the section of creation of hot gas and the section of drying bulk materials in the fluidized bed, and in the section of drying bulk materials in the fluidized bed a means is located, which enables to provide regulation of the speed of the flow of hot gas (high-pressure fan) which input is connected to the section of drying bulk products in the fluidized bed, and the output - to the section of hot gas generation, while the section of hot gas generation comprises a heat exchange circuit, an output window for discharging the combustion products, which is connected to the section of drying bulk materials in the fluidized bed, having a window connected to the environment, and the output window for discharging the combustion products has a spark arrester, representing a container of fine metal mesh.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the rate of heating gas to the desired temperature.
