FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Group of inventions is presented by tympanic membrane and device for its implementation. Device consists of tube with controlled vacuum. Besides, a tube is used, which is covered from outside with dielectric material, including working butt and by 0.5 cm inward from the butt. Diameter of the end butt from top to bottom stretches the wire which plays the role of an active electrode of the electrosurgical apparatus. Tympanic membrane is incised by the proposed device, affecting the tympanic membrane by electric current.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a safe, fast and guaranteed uniform tympanic membrane paracentesis with delayed healing of the paracentesis orifice by using a tube with controlled vacuum, coating the tube with a dielectric outside the tube, including a working butt and ½ cm inward from the butt.
