SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to otolaryngology, and can be applied in treatment of otitis media. Method includes dissection of tympanic membrane and creation in it of holes of various forms by means of knives. For carrying out paracentesis used is device which represents tube with ejected for specified length knife. Device additionally contains sealing cap, knife for creation in tympanic membrane holes of definite form, guide with thread for regulator of knife blade ejection, regulator of knife blade ejection, activation button, cut for tube of activation button and regulation of vacuum level, tap for connection to vacuum source, rest of pushing spring and guides. In knife slots for guides are made. In tube vacuum is created, which ensures tension of tympanic membrane before dissection, its removal from medial wall of tympanic cavity. If it is necessary to create holes of various forms in tympanic membrane used are knives for creating of linear holes and knives of cylindrical form for creation of round holes. Between knife and tube walls there is clearance for air circulation. When knife of cylindrical form is used air circulation can also be realised through knife cavity.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to carry out safe and fast paracentesis of tympanic membrane.
