SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for intensification of mass exchange and reaction processes in heterogeneous systems. Proposed device comprises housing with vibration actuator in the form of piston, actuator connected therewith, housing is equipped with nipples for supply of solid and disperse phases, at that, cover is installed on housing with circulating pipe fixed in it with longitudinal slots in two levels and facing inside housing, piston is installed inside circulation pipe, on cover there are additionally fixed mesh containers for arrangement of dispersed phase in form of coarse particles.
EFFECT: invention increases efficiency of mass exchange and reaction processes when large solid particles are used as a dispersed phase.
