FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a plate-like structural element (100, 100') of layered structure, to method of plate-like structural element manufacturing and to application of cover layer to plate-like structural element. Plate-like structural element includes: limited by two flat sides (5, 5') substrate (1), at least one coating layer (3, 3'), which by means of mineral adhesive layer (2, 2') is connected to substrate (1) on its flat side (5, 5'). Coating layer (3, 3') in non-integrated state has air permeability between 6.0 and 21 l/dm2/min. Coupled with coating layer (3, 3') adhesive layer (2, 2') forms waterproof combined material (6, 6'). Combined material (6, 6') forms a barrier for glue particles not yet hardened and ensures that air both during application of coating layer, and in previous process of hardening adhesive layer (2, 2') can exit through the coating layer structure (3, 3'). Combined material can be pre-fabricated. On cover layer (3, 3') other layers such as protective layer (11) can be applied. Method of manufacturing of plate-like structural element (100, 100') includes the presence of a substrate and the made coating layer, application of polymer solution and its distribution for formation of adhesive layer and hardening of glue contained in structural element. Cover layer (3, 3') with specified air permeability for integration into structural element (100, 100').
EFFECT: provision of specified waterproof of coating plane and solid adhesive connection of cover layer with underlying layer without formation of bubbles.
