FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil and gas industry and can be used to provide the necessary conditions for rapid determination and measurement of content of main phases in oil and gas flow. Essence is a method of controlling removal of liquid and gas phases from separation vessel through two separate measuring channels. On-line measurements of quantitative indices on fluid and gas are provided. These flows are further combined for further transportation. Control of level of inter-phase boundary in separation tank is carried out by one regulator installed at point of gas and liquid metering channels integration and representing three-way mixer with electric drive. Control is performed by a control device performing a prognostic analysis based on data coming from the level gauge in the separation vessel, from a pressure difference sensor which measures the difference between pressure in the separation vessel and pressure in the output channel downstream of the regulator, as well as, optionally, from sensors measuring pressure and temperature in measuring gas channel, and sensor, which measures viscosity and density in measuring liquid channel.
EFFECT: simplification of control method for removal of liquid and gaseous phases from separation tank and increase of service life of control device.
