FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: cutting device comprises cutting disc (1), on which cutting device and counterweight (19) are installed symmetrically. Device includes bearing plate (7) connected to cutting disc (1), on both ends of which there are linear guides (20). On linear guides (20) movable base (3) is installed. In the middle part of bearing plate (7) holes are made symmetrically, in every hole there is plate spring (18) installed. Guide plates (10) are installed in the middle part of disk springs (18), in the upper part of which guide elements (9) with bolts (8) of preliminary tightening are installed. On movable base (3) with the help of fixing element (11) there installed is sliding base (12), in upper part of which there is base (4) of element with element (13) for chamfering. In the lower part of sliding base (12) clamping wheel (15) is installed by means of axis (17), which is attached by means of pressure screw (16). On slide base (12) on one side of hold-down wheel (15) wire brush (2) is installed, in bottom part base (5) with element (6) for edge blunting is installed.
