FIELD: environmental protection.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for maintenance of surface of open reservoirs from oil and similar floating materials in proper condition or cleaning and can be used for elimination of consequences of oil and oil product spills from water surface. Combined device for removal of oil and oil products from water surface comprises tank 1 for collection of oil products, central part of which is divided into two containers and made with recess. On the tank sides there are two air chambers. On tank 1 with the help of a bracket pneumatic motor 3 is fixed, the shaft of which is connected through coupling 4 to shaft 5, on which rotating disks 8 and 9 are installed. Shaft 5 is installed on supports 6 and 7, which are fixed on tank 1 above recess. Discs 8 and 9 are made with conical groove along their outer surface. Disks 8 are made with oleophilic coating, and disks 9 are made with corrugation of external surface. Trays 12 and 13 are installed on tank 1 with the help of brackets, which contact the surfaces of disks 8 and 9 and are brought into tank 1. Shape of trays 12 and 13 coincides with shape of conical grooves of discs 8 and 9. On tank 1 with the help of the bracket the second pneumatic motor 15 is fixed, the shaft of which through coupling 16 is connected to the shaft of screw 17, which is installed in cylindrical casing 18 fixed on the bracket. Tub 19 with sorbent is fixed above cylindrical housing 18 so that hole at its bottom coincides with hole in cylindrical housing 18 above screw 17. Outlet of cylindrical housing 18 is connected by flexible hose 20 via tee 21 on one side with nozzle 22, and on the other side – with throttle 23. Nozzle ducts 24 and 25 are installed at pneumatic motors 3 and 15 output. Inlets of pneumatic motors 3 and 15 are connected by flexible slugs with throttles 26 and 27, which are connected to compressor unit 28, at the inlet of which there is filter 29 connected to third anti-condenser 30. Shaft of compressor unit 28 is rigidly connected to electric generator 31 connected to control system 32, which is connected with level gauge 35 installed in tank 1 for collection of oil products, which is connected by flexible hose to pump 33, which is connected to second tank 34 for collection of oil products.

EFFECT: increasing the amount of collected oil from the water surface, cleaning the surface of residual oil product traces, removing the sorbent with sorption, and combining the process operations.
