SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a hand-held device comprising a housing, a handle having a first end connected to the housing and a second end remote from the first end; an end wall extending across the handle at the second end of the handle, wherein said end wall can be separated from the handle, and a filter is arranged inside the handle. End wall can include a plurality of openings that can be an inlet for a fluid entering the handheld device. End wall can be flexible and can be made of plastic, such as polypropylene or ABS.

EFFECT: end wall may comprise a rim and a protrusion projecting radially inside the rim.
