FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and is intended for preoperative planning and conducting a training surgical intervention, namely laparoscopic nephrectomy, using a three-dimensional patient model generated by patient's examination data. Disclosed is a method, characterized by that: obtaining data containing information on patient's study using a contrast agent; isolating and determining, from said data by filtering an array of study data in a range of densities corresponding to blood vessels, the following parameters: location, trajectory and size of main blood vessels and groups of vessels washing abdominal organs of the patient; based on the parameters obtained at the previous step, creating a patient's blood vessel map; on the basis of the patient's blood vessel map, a patient's abdominal cavity is created by correlating the location, trajectory and size of the main blood vessels and groups of vessels washing the patient's abdominal cavities, with coordinates, size and orientation of the organs in the abdominal cavity of the patient; on the basis of the patient's abdominal card created at the previous step, creating a three-dimensional model of the patient's abdominal cavity by scaling the template patient's three-dimensional model; method includes transmitting and using the patient's abdominal 3D model created at the previous step for the subsequent simulating of the training surgical procedure. Also disclosed is a system comprising: at least one command processing device; at least, one data storage device; one or more computer programs loaded into at least one above-mentioned data storage device and executed on at least one of said command processing devices, wherein one or more computer programs contain instructions for executing the method. Also disclosed is a machine-readable data medium having machine-readable instructions executed by one or more processors, which, when executed, implements a method for preoperative modeling of a surgical procedure.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides planning and rehearsal of a surgical laparoscopy, also this technical solution enables more accurate training sessions for trained surgeons.
