SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine and discloses a method of creating a personalized model of an anatomical tubular structure based on patient's medical examination data. Disclosed is a method of constructing an anatomical tubular structure trajectory based on medical image data, characterized by that: receiving patient's medical examination data, receiving information on marker point inside tubular structure and range of fabric densities inside tubular structure, determining current direction for construction, by finding maximum distance from marker point to borders of tubular structure, which are determined by the tissue density range inside the tubular structure, calculating the initial point for construction, by calculating the central point inside the tubular structure, step-by-step construction of the trajectory of the tubular structure, comprising at each step: calculating, based on the initial point and the current direction for construction, a new point for constructing the tubular structure, calculating a new direction for constructing, by finding a vector between a source and a new point, storing information on the initial point and its association with the new point; step-by-step construction of an anatomical tubular structure trajectory is carried out, wherein the new point and the new direction are the initial point and the current direction, respectively, for the next step of constructing the trajectory of the tubular structure. Also disclosed is a preoperative modeling method of a surgical procedure, comprising steps of constructing an anatomical tubular structure model based on the patient's medical examination data, and transmitting, and using this model to simulate a medical procedure, wherein constructing an anatomical tubular structure model comprises the following steps: receiving patient medical examination data, placing said data in a virtual space, wherein the center of each voxel is a point in that space and determines the tissue density at that point; receiving information on marker points and tissue density range inside an anatomical tubular structure; constructing trajectories of tubular structures based on each marker point and a range of tissue densities inside the tubular structure; model of tubular structure is formed, determining areas of intersection of trajectories of tubular structures and averaging points of trajectories in these areas, and calculating contours of tubular structures at each point of trajectory. Also disclosed is a surgical procedure preoperative modeling system comprising: at least one command processing device; at least, one data storage device; one or more computer programs loaded into at least one of said storage devices and executed on at least one of said command processing devices, wherein one or more computer programs contain instructions for performing any of the methods.
