FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a heat-resistant binder for polymer equipment from polymer composite materials, which can be used in aerospace engineering. Heat-resistant thermosetting bis-maleimide binder contains, wt. % of total weight of components: bismaleimide - N,N'-(4,4-methylenediphenyl)dimaleimide from 47 to 65; 2.2'-diallylbisphenol A - from 15 to 40; one or more coagent, such as diallyl ester of phthalic acid, 2-allylphenol, 2,4,6-triallyloxy-1,3,5-triazine or their mixture - from 5 to 27.
EFFECT: disclosed binder has high glass transition temperature of 255–285 °C, which enables to obtain heat-resistant tooling with operating temperature of up to 250 °C while increasing viability up to 1 month and improving elastic-strength characteristics, as well as simplification of technology of its production due to exclusion of volatile toxic organic solvents.
