FIELD: polymer products.

SUBSTANCE: creating epoxy binders and semi-finished products (semipregs) based on them for the production of structural polymer composite materials (PCM) based on carbon fiber fillers by vacuum forming, which can be used in the aviation, auto, machine and shipbuilding industries, including in the production of panel elements of hull structures. Thermosetting epoxy binder for producing structural polymer composite materials based on carbon fibre fillers by vacuum forming, containing the following components in wt.%: epoxy novolac resin 20.0-40.0; N,N' -diglycidylaniline or triglycidyl ether of m- or p-aminophenol 3.0-9.0; polysulfone 8.0-12.0; dicyandiamide 4.8-6.3; 4.4' -diaminodiphenylsulfone 3.0-7.3; asymmetrically disubstituted urea 0.02-0.65; deaerating additive 0.5-1.1; the rest is N,N,N'N'-tetraglycidyl-4' 4-diaminodiphenylmethane. The invention also relates to a semipreg containing a carbon filler and a thermosetting epoxy binder in an amount of 30.0-50.0 wt.%, and to a product made by autoclave melding from semipreg.

EFFECT: increasing the maximum operating temperature of the cured binder to a temperature of 110°C, which is provided by the high glass transition temperature of the binder, improving the viability of semipreg up to 25 days and reducing the porosity of polymer composite materials made from it to the level of 0.4-0.5%, which makes it possible to manufacture large-sized structural products from polymer composite materials.
