FIELD: high-molecular chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to bismaleinimide binder used for production of polymer composite materials (PCM), which can be used in heat-loaded structural elements of aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive and other high-tech industries. Heat-resistant bismaleinimide binder for making polymer composite materials for heat-loaded elements of structures of articles consists of a bismaleinimide monomer and an allyl derivative, wherein it additionally contains 4,4'-bis[(1-propenyl)phenoxy]benzophenone, as a bismaleinimide monomer, it contains 4,4'-bismaleinimidodiphenylmethane and/or 2,2'-bis[4-(4-maleinimidophenoxy)-phenyl]propane, as an allyl derivative it contains at least one component from the group: 2,2'-diallylbisphenol A, diallyl phthalate, diallyl isophthalate and triallyl isocyanurate, with the following ratio of components, wt.%: bismaleinimide monomer 54.64–67.59, 4,4'-bis[(1-propenyl)phenoxy]benzophenone 1.72–30.10, allyl derivative 15.11–33.93. Invention also relates to a prepreg consisting of a heat-resistant bismaleinimide binder and a reinforcing filler and to a polymer composite material made from the prepreg.

EFFECT: improved retention of glass transition temperature and strength of PCM in moisture-saturated state, as well as improved processability of binder.
