FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: declared group of inventions refers to an invasive helmet for anesthesia and an operating table containing an invasive helmet for anesthesia. Helmet comprises lower half of shell and upper half of shell. Bottom half of the shell has an anatomical shape to accommodate and support the occiput and back of the neck or body, leaving the front part of the head and neck or body free. Helmet has such an anatomical shape that the head of the lying patient is located on the lower half of the shell. Upper half of the shell has such an anatomical shape that it covers the above front part of the head and neck or body of the lying patient, leaving the above back part of the head and neck or body free. Upper half of the shell and the lower half of the shell have the first attachments for their attachment to each other. Upper half of the shell and the lower half of the shell are made so that they correspond to each other and to the neck or body of the patient in order to form an airtight shell to enclose a patient's head. Helmet is configured to receive either a closed position when edges of upper half of shell are conjugated with edges of lower half of shell, or open position, when edges of upper half of shell are disconnected from corresponding edges of lower half of shell. Upper half of shell and lower half of shell are shaped so that to enclose patient's head in said shell surrounding neck or body of lying patient, in closed position, and are configured to release head and neck or trunk of lying patient in open position, allowing a lying patient to leave the lower half of the shell and remove the helmet by lifting the head or by lifting it from the operating table by medical personnel without head or neck movement. Helmet comprises second attachments attached only to lower half of shell and directly attached to it, for attachment with possibility of detachment of lower half of shell to supporting surface of operating table. Helmet includes inlet hole for gas supply and outlet hole for gas removal, formed in lower half of shell and/or upper half of shell. Operation table containing an invasive anesthesia helmet designed to be worn on a patient lying on an operation table.
EFFECT: technical result is safe and comfortable supply of patient inhalation anesthetics and prevention of their leakage.
