METHOD OF DETERMINING COORDINATES OF MOVING OBJECT Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01S5/10

Abstract RU 2686070 C1

FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio navigation and can be used to determine spatial coordinates of a moving object and control its movement in navigation areas. Method is characterized in that radio signals are transmitted from a moving object, received and identified by receiving system stations, containing a given number of groups of stations with given coordinates of antenna phase centers (APC) of stations, including four stations in each group, APC are located at vertices of the specified quadrangle lying in the plane specified for the given group. At the stations the projections of the speed of the object, their corresponding accelerations, derivatives of these accelerations and second derivatives of accelerations in time are measured on the straight lines connecting the APC of the stations to the APC of the object. According to the above projections for each of four ordered stations of the given group, corresponding ranges from the object APC to the APC of the stations are determined, for example, according to the measurement equations proposed in the method. Coordinates of the object of the object in the given Cartesian coordinate system are determined from these ranges.

EFFECT: technical result is absence of requirement for availability of single system of time receiving radio signals of system and object.
