FIELD: electric power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in power engineering, in control systems of devices (1), which perform the function of balancing three-phase voltage, for example, thyristor-reactor groups (TRG) of static thyristor compensators (STC) or transistor converters in STATCOM devices. Method consists in measurement of instantaneous values of line voltages of network, calculation of measurement results of measurements and their supply through three-channel proportional-integral controller (9, 10, 11) to unit (5) of control device (1). From the measured instantaneous values of the line voltages of the network, the amplitudes Uabm, Ubcm, Ucam of the first harmonics of each of the linear voltages are calculated, the average value Ucp of the calculated amplitudes and deviations dUabm, dUbcm; dUcam from Ucp. Computed deviations are used as said control actions. Additionally deviation dUcp of deviation dUcp of the average value of amplitudes of the first harmonic of linear voltages is calculated from the setpoint and deviation dUcp is sent to unit (5) via additional proportional-integral controller (12).
EFFECT: higher quality of electric power due to more accurate symmetry of linear voltages.
