FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of making a geocomposite. Technical result is achieved by method of making geocomposite from geotextile material and flat polymer geogrid with thickenings in assemblies, which includes preliminary heating of convex parts of thickenings in nodes of geogrid to temperature equal to or higher than softening point, but lower than melting temperature of material of geogrid. Continuous movement of the geogrid between the flat surfaces of the heater and the plank, pressing to the flat surface of the heater, convex parts of the thickenings in the nodes of the geogrid and softened as a result of heating. Then the geotextile material and the geogrid are rolled with the rolls by pressing the fibers of the geotextile material into the rolled softened convex parts of the thickenings in the nodes of the geogrid.
EFFECT: raised efficiency of geocomposite production.
