SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to a device for delivering a fluid medication and a cartridge for introduction into a device for delivering a fluid medication. Proposed device comprises drive unit including actuator and one or more first elements. Proposed device comprises cartridge filled with fluid prior to its introduction into housing and having reservoir for fluid medium sealed at one end with movable piston and membrane with a possibility of piercing sealed at the other end. Cartridge includes one or more second elements, which are made with possibility of alignment and conjugation with one or more first elements, to ensure introduction of cartridge into drive unit. Piston is movable by actuator when cartridge is introduced into drive unit. Actuator represents actuator with hydraulic drive, and cartridge is sealed relative to drive unit by means of seal. One or more first elements are remote from the rear surface of the drive unit by a distance which is less than the distance to which one or more second members are spaced from the proximal end of the seal, so that seal is pressed to rear surface to seal cartridge relative to drive unit when cartridge is inserted into drive unit and one or more first elements are conjugated with one or more second elements. Cartridge comprises a reservoir filled with fluid medium, wherein the container is sealed at one end by a movable piston and sealed on the other end by means of a pierceable membrane. Cartridge comprises one or more radially and circumferentially profiled shaped elements configured to align and mating with one or more corresponding profiled elements of the fluid delivery device to allow introduction of the cartridge into the fluid delivery device.
EFFECT: preventing insertion of a cartridge not intended for this unit into a specific drive unit.
