FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to marine jet propulsors. Magnetohydrodynamic program-controlled stepper motor for marine microruncules is made in the form of two cylindrical tubes nested into each other with orthogonally arranged electromagnets. Electromagnets on outer tube are arranged in pairs with electromagnets on inner pipe to form magnetic field. At step-by-step variation of current in electromagnets the fluid flow rate will vary depending on the selected direction of motion. At that, since mass of pushed liquid will exceed mass of the engine itself, water will remain fixed, and engine itself will acquire rotary-translational motion with possibility of program-controlled maneuvering in any direction.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the fact that the motor together with the microdron acquires rotary-translational motion.
