FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: vessel comprises waterproof body, control mechanisms and also power unit. Vessel propeller is fin comprising sequence of flexible strip surfaces with rigid ribs that perform displacements in draw chain, which sets angles of rigid ribs incline along tangent to running sinusoid, which in different moments of time creates geometrically complicated seat surfaces with strictly specified speeds of flapping wing surface deformation. In order to actuate draw chain of fin strictly in compliance with sinusoidal law, different mechanisms are applicable on the basis of crankshaft, flexible hinged lash or linear step electric motors.
EFFECT: inductance losses are compensated.
