FIELD: military equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ballistic installations. Ballistic installation for high-speed throwing of fragments is intended for testing of ammunition for resistance to unauthorized impact action. Base of the installation consists of three barrels of antiaircraft gun AZP-57, having total length of 9,300 mm, processed for 60-mm caliber, shortened with removal of thin-walled part of the first and second shafts, gates of the second and third shafts, connected to each other in series. Connection of shafts is carried out by means of couplings with possibility of contraction of connected parts in transverse and longitudinal direction, providing tightness, arranged to eliminate oscillations in connection points on supports mounted by means of bolt joint to base. Base is represented by an all-metal structure – an I-beam, which provides the required rigidity of the structure of the installation at the moment of firing, as well as during its transportation.

EFFECT: providing throwing of fragments with required speed for the purpose of tests.
