FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: welded joint is produced by method of arc welding of steel sheet with Zn-based coating, in which degree of filling with fistulas along entire length of welding is less than 30 %. Arc welding method provides gap between sheets from 0.2 to 1.5 mm. Method comprises a first step of moving a welding means with a first welding speed from a welding start point and performing welding by feeding a first running welding energy, next to the first stage, second stage of movement of welding means with second welding speed and welding by supplying second running energy of welding and following the second stage of the third stage of stopping the movement of welding means and welding for 0.1 to 2 s in a position where the medium welding is stopped. First step involves obtaining a welded section obtained by welding under conditions where the first welding speed is less than the second welding speed, and the first running energy exceeds the second running energy. In the third stage, welding is performed with a welding current and a welding voltage that is less than these parameters used in the second stage.
EFFECT: disclosed is a weld joint which reduces formation of fistulas in the initial sections and end sections in a sheet of steel with a Zn-based coating and reduces the degree of filling with fistulas on the welded section as a whole.
