FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrochemical treatment of metals. Tool-electrode contains a housing with a hollow box fixed on it symmetrically relative to the vertical axis, on which a model of hardened non-metallic, electrolyte-resistant material is fixed, on the external volume surface of which there is a metal grid without cells connected to the negative pole of the power supply source. Studs and adjusting screws are fitted at housing bed to set gap between said dummy and part blank. Model is made on the inner working surface of the master model, which is the workpiece of the part, taking into account the value of the gap for electrolyte pumping and wire diameter of the above grid. Tool-electrode is equipped with a waveguide resonator of complex oscillations and an electromagnetic vibrator, wherein waveguide resonator of complex oscillations is made hollow with screw slots, wherein one end is rigidly fixed at the bottom of said box, and on the other is fixed a rectangular plate, which is mounted with a gap relative to the electromagnetic vibrator, fixed in the inner part of the box on the housing end coaxially with the axis of the waveguide resonator, wherein output of power amplifier is connected to input of electromagnetic vibrator, and output of frequency generator is connected to input of latter.

EFFECT: invention ensures reduction of material consumption during fabrication of complex tool-electrode, which enables to perform electrochemical treatment of spatially complex surfaces with uniform gap along the whole surface, as well as increased efficiency and quality of treated surface.
