SUBSTANCE: device contains a dielectric body, the inner part of which is made in the form of a prism, in each plane of which there are built-in adjustable axial fixation supports of the workpiece, the axes of which intersect at the center of the axis of the workpiece and are located relative to each other at an angle of 90°. The body is fitted with a cover made of an electroinsulating material, based diagonally with two locating pins and configured to adjust the interelectrode gap along the other diagonal with a screw mechanism. The inner part of the cover is made along the longitudinal and transverse dimensions of the workpiece and two electrode-tools are placed on it for each stage of the workpiece.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of the shape and quality of the treated surfaces by minimizing the level of residual stresses and uniform distribution of them throughout the product, by simultaneous removing the surface layer from the entire volume of the workpiece being treated.
